Ingredients
  

For the shrimp:

  • 1 pound raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Cooking spray

For the bang bang sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar
  • Lime juice optional

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prep the Shrimp

  • Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Set Up Breading Station

  • Place cornstarch in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and panko in the third.

Step 3: Coat the Shrimp

  • Dip shrimp into cornstarch, then egg, then panko. Press gently to help coating stick.

Step 4: Air Fry

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Lightly spray basket with oil. Arrange shrimp in a single layer and spray tops lightly. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Step 5: Make the Sauce

  • Mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth.

Step 6: Toss and Serve

  • Gently toss shrimp with sauce or drizzle on top.
