For the turkey burgers:
- 2 cups of stock or water
- 1/2 lb portion of ground turkey choose it, when possible, with 93/7 juiciness
- 1 medium onion finely diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil greater amount to cook
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup parsley finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 egg additional, to provide more moisture and binding
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs less depending on consistency
For serving:
- Brioche or whole wheat buns

Sauté the onions
