- 1 large ripe banana
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- ¾ cup milk dairy or plant-based – almond and oat are lovely
- ½ cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 –4 ice cubes if using fresh blueberries
Optional add-ins (for later experimenting):
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
- ½ cup spinach you won’t taste it, promise
- Protein powder 1 scoop
Peel the banana and slice it into chunks.
Add banana slices to your blender.
Add blueberries, milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla.
Toss in ice cubes if needed.
Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Taste it. Adjust sweetness or thickness if needed.
Pour into your favorite glass.
