Ingredients
  

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • ¾ cup milk dairy or plant-based – almond and oat are lovely
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 –4 ice cubes if using fresh blueberries

Optional add-ins (for later experimenting):

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
  • ½ cup spinach you won’t taste it, promise
  • Protein powder 1 scoop

Instructions
 

  • Peel the banana and slice it into chunks.
  • Add banana slices to your blender.
  • Add blueberries, milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla.
  • Toss in ice cubes if needed.
  • Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste it. Adjust sweetness or thickness if needed.
  • Pour into your favorite glass.
  • Take a sip. Smile a little.
