- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/3 cup chocolate protein powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 –3 tablespoons milk as needed
- Pinch of salt
Optional filling (for gooey center):
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir gently so everything is evenly distributed.
Step 2: Add the Wet Ingredients
Add peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix everything together until it starts forming a thick dough. If the mixture feels too dry, add milk one tablespoon at a time.
Step 3: Fold in Chocolate Chips

Step 5: Shape the Balls
Take about one tablespoon of dough, flatten it slightly, add a small amount of filling in the center, then roll it into a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
