- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 2 tsp anchovy paste
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- And water or milk too, if you like it thinner- but I like it thick and smooth.
Step 1: Blend the Flavor Base
Add mayonnaise, garlic, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Parmesan cheese to a blender.
Combine and stir for 10-15 seconds until a smooth creamy mixture is achieved.
