For the Crust:
- 1 cup rolled oats blended into flour
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter xylitol-free
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce

- 1/2 cup low-fat cream cheese softened

Step 2: Make the Crust
In a bowl, mix the blended oats, peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and applesauce. Stir until it forms a soft dough.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of your prepared pan. Make sure it is even and compact.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until slightly firm. Remove and let cool.
Step 3: Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, peanut butter, egg, and honey (if using).
Whisk until smooth and creamy. The mixture should be thick but pourable.
