Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 2 ripe avocados sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce romaine or iceberg
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced

Optional Sauce

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Step 1: Season the Chicken

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry and rub them with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure they’re evenly coated for maximum flavor.

Step 2: Cook the Chicken

  • Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing—this keeps it juicy.

Step 3: Make the Sauce

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise (or yogurt), lime juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust—it should be creamy with a bright, tangy finish.

Step 4: Prep the Fillings

  • Slice the cooked chicken, avocado, tomatoes, and red onion. Wash and dry the lettuce thoroughly so the wrap stays crisp, not soggy.

Step 5: Assemble the Wraps

  • Warm the tortillas slightly, then layer lettuce, sliced chicken, avocado, tomatoes, onion, and a drizzle of sauce. Fold tightly, tucking in the sides as you roll.
