Equipment

  • Baking sheet or pizza pan
  • Parchment paper (optional but helpful)
  • Mixing bowls
  • Skillet or grill pan (for chicken)
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Oven

Ingredients

For the Pizza Dough

  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade

For the Chicken

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast sliced or chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

For the Sauce & Toppings

  • ½ cup Caesar dressing store-bought or homemade
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded provolone or Monterey Jack optional but lovely

For Fresh Toppings (After Baking)

  • cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ¼ cup shaved or grated Parmesan cheese
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Optional: lemon squeeze or red pepper flakes

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • You want it hot. High heat = crisp crust. Place your baking tray or pizza stone in the oven while it heats if you want extra crunch.

Step 2: Prepare the Chicken

  • If your chicken isn’t cooked yet, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until golden and fully cooked, about 5–7 minutes. Let rest, then slice.
  • If you’re using leftover or rotisserie chicken, just season lightly and warm it up.

Step 3: Roll Out the Dough

  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out your dough to your preferred thickness.
  • Transfer to parchment paper or a lightly greased pan. Gently stretch the edges if needed — pizza dough is forgiving.

Step 4: Assemble the Pizza

  • Spread Caesar dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and provolone evenly on top.
  • Add chicken pieces, distributing them so every slice gets some love.

Step 5: Bake

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Every oven is different — keep an eye on it.

Step 6: Finish Fresh

  • Remove pizza from the oven.
  • Immediately top with chopped romaine, shaved parmesan, and a few cracks of black pepper.
  • Slice and serve while warm.
