Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken thighs bone-in, skin removed
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

Sauté Onion and Garlic

  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until soft and fragrant, about 3–4 minutes.

Season Chicken

  • Place chicken thighs in the crockpot. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly over the chicken pieces.

Add Broth and Aromatics

  • Pour sautéed onions and garlic over the chicken. Add chicken broth and stir gently to combine ingredients without disturbing the seasoning.

Cook Chicken

  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is tender and fully cooked through, letting flavors meld into a rich gravy.

Make Gravy

  • Remove chicken from the crockpot and set aside. Whisk in heavy cream and flour into the crockpot juices to thicken the gravy.

Combine Chicken and Gravy

  • Return chicken to the crockpot, spooning gravy over each piece. Cook an additional 10 minutes to heat chicken through and allow gravy to thicken.

Garnish and Serve
