Ingredients
  

For One Large Smoothie

  • 1 cup fresh spinach or kale
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice optional, for thicker texture
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Optional add-ins:

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 scoop unflavored protein powder

Instructions
 

Step 1: Add Liquids First

  • Pour coconut water or almond milk into the blender. This helps everything blend smoothly.

Step 2: Add Greens

  • Add spinach or kale next. Packing them down slightly helps avoid air pockets.

Step 3: Add Fruit

  • Add banana, pineapple, and mango. Frozen fruit gives the best creamy texture.

Step 4: Blend

  • Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth.

Step 5: Taste and Adjust

  • Add lemon juice for brightness or more liquid if needed.
