Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt full-fat recommended
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter until smooth and creamy.
  • Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula. Mix gently—do not overmix.
  • Stir in chocolate chips evenly.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes. A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Allow brownies to cool completely before slicing for clean edges.

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt for best results
  • Don’t overmix the batter
  • Use high-quality cocoa powder
  • Slightly underbake for fudgy texture
  • Let brownies cool before cutting
