Instructions
 

Step 1: Prep Your Pan

  • Coat the baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2: Make the Batter

  • Melt butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  • Whisk until smooth.
  • Add eggs and vanilla; whisk again.
  • Add flour and salt; gently fold with a spatula.

Step 3: Prepare the Cinnamon Swirl

  • Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
  • The mixture should resemble a free-flowing gritty paste.

Step 4: Layer and Swirl

  • Spread batter in prepared pan.
  • Spoon dollops of swirl mixture on top.
  • Run a knife gently through to create ribbons.

Step 5: Bake

  • Bake 28–34 minutes, depending on your pan and oven.
  • Edges should be golden; center still soft.

Step 6: Add the Glaze

  • Let brownies cool for 20 minutes.
  • Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
  • Drizzle over warm brownies.
