Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb sirloin steak cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pat the steak pieces dry with paper towels. This helps get a good sear.
  • Season the steak with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
  • Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until very hot.
  • Add olive oil to the pan.
  • Place steak pieces in a single layer without overcrowding.
  • Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and caramelized.
  • Add butter and garlic to the pan.
  • Stir gently so the steak is coated in melted butter and garlic.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce and toss everything together.
  • Cook for another 1–2 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
  • Remove from heat and let rest for a minute before serving.

Notes

  • Add butter at the very end for gloss
  • Don’t skip Worcestershire sauce
  • Let the steak rest briefly before serving
