Cuisine American
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp sugar balances the smoky flavor
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- Optional: ½ tsp hot sauce for a mild kick
- Optional: pinch of salt taste first
Add the mayonnaise to a medium mixing bowl.
Stir in the mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, sugar, Worcestershire, onion powder, pepper, and lemon juice.
Whisk until completely smooth and evenly blended.
Taste and adjust — more garlic for boldness, more sugar for balance, more lemon for brightness.
Chill at least 30 minutes to let the flavours settle and deepen.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
