- 300 g Italian sausage crumbled or sliced

- 4 cloves garlic minced

- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cooking wine red or white
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes optional
