- 1 ½ cups Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes mix
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips or mix-ins of choice
Step 2: Mix the Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
Step 3: Add the Dry Ingredients
Add the Kodiak Cakes mix, baking soda, and salt. Stir just until combined. Don’t overmix — the dough will be thick, and that’s exactly what you want.
