Preheat your oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion soup mix, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Mix everything gently but thoroughly. Overmixing can make the meatloaf tough.
Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan or shape it by hand on a lined sheet pan.
In a small bowl, stir together the glaze ingredients.
Spread half the glaze on top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Add the remaining glaze and bake another 15 to 20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160 F.
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve warm with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or simple buttered rice.
