- 20 oz cheese tortellini fresh or refrigerated works best
- Water and salt for boiling
For the Meat Sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ pound ground beef
- ½ pound Italian sausage mild or spicy
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Cheese Finish
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded provolone or pizza blend cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1: Cook the Tortellini
