Baking sheet
Parchment paper (optional, but it helps with cleanup)
Spoon (for spreading sauce)
Measuring cups (if you like precision)
Oven
Knife (if you’re slicing toppings)
- 8 –10 slices of garlic toast store-bought or homemade
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce more if you like it saucy
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese optional but delicious
- Toppings of choice: pepperoni sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, or anything you love
- A pinch of dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- A drizzle of olive oil optional, for extra flavor
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the garlic toast slices on a baking sheet. If you want easy cleanup, line the sheet with parchment paper.
Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each slice. Don’t overdo it—too much sauce can make the toast soggy.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
Add your favorite toppings. Pepperoni is classic, but veggies work beautifully too.
Sprinkle a pinch of oregano or Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute (trust me, molten cheese hurts).
Serve warm and enjoy every crispy, cheesy bite.
