Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Measuring cups
  • Small serving cups or dessert cups
  • Tray for serving

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt vanilla or plain
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries diced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cups granola
  • Fresh mint leaves optional garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Yogurt Base

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and slightly sweet.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Step 2: Prepare the Fruit

  • Wash and dry the berries thoroughly. Dice the strawberries into small bite-sized pieces so they layer easily in the cups.

Step 3: Start the First Layer

  • Spoon about 2 tablespoons of yogurt into the bottom of each mini cup. Spread it gently to create an even base.

Step 4: Add Fruit Layer

  • Add a small layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt. Try to place some berries along the sides so they show through the cup for a pretty presentation.

Step 5: Sprinkle Granola

  • Add a tablespoon of granola over the fruit layer. The granola adds crunch and balance to the creamy yogurt.

Step 6: Repeat the Layers

  • Add another layer of yogurt, followed by more fruit and a final sprinkle of granola on top.

Step 7: Garnish and Serve

  • Top each parfait cup with a few berries and a small mint leaf for a fresh and elegant finish.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
