- 4 boneless pork chops about 1 inch thick
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese freshly grated is best
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs panko for extra crunch, or regular
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¾ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk or cream
- 3 tablespoons olive oil or butter for frying
Set up your breading station
In one shallow bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth.
Coat the pork chops
