Equipment

  • High-speed blender
  • Measuring cups
  • Knife (if using fresh peaches)
  • Glass or mason jar for serving

Ingredients

  • cups frozen peaches or fresh, sliced and frozen
  • 1 ripe banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk or oat milk, coconut milk, or soy milk
  • ½ cup ice optional, for extra chill
  • 1 –2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup optional, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional but lovely

Optional add-ins:

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • A squeeze of lemon juice for brightness

Instructions

Step 1: Add Ingredients to Blender

  • Start with the almond milk, then add peaches, banana, and any optional ingredients. Liquid first helps everything blend smoothly.

Step 2: Blend Until Creamy

  • Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until thick, smooth, and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed.

Step 3: Taste and Adjust

  • Taste your smoothie. Want it sweeter? Add a drizzle of honey. Thicker? Add more frozen peaches. Too thick? Splash in more milk.

Step 4: Serve Immediately

  • Pour into a glass and enjoy right away while it’s cold and frosty.
