Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 medium carrots sliced
  • 2 medium potatoes diced
  • 1 cup green beans cut
  • 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
 

Step 1: Brown the Beef

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.

Step 3: Add Vegetables

Step 4: Add Liquids

  • Pour in diced tomatoes and beef broth. Add tomato paste and stir well to combine.

Step 5: Season the Soup

  • Add salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika. Stir everything together.
