Ingredients

  • 250 g fresh mozzarella balls bocconcini or ciliegine
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Step 5: Serve

  • Bring to room temperature before serving. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and enjoy.
