Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice about 1 large lime
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 small jalapeño finely minced (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Roma tomato optional

Instructions

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Use a fork to gently mash them. Aim for a creamy base with some chunky pieces left.
