For the Sliders
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 12 oz deli sliced roast beef
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
For the Butter Topping
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Step 1: Prepare the Rolls
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Using a serrated knife, slice the entire sheet of Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating the individual rolls. Place the bottom half into a greased baking dish.
Step 2: Add the Sauce Layer
Step 3: Layer the Roast Beef
Step 5: Add the Top Rolls
Step 6: Make the Butter Topping
In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, poppy seeds, and dried parsley.
Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
- Use good quality deli roast beef for the best flavor.
- Do not separate the rolls before assembling; this keeps everything neat and easy.
- Cover with foil during the first part of baking so the cheese melts perfectly.
- Brush extra butter mixture on the tops if you love extra flavor.
