Equipment

  • Shot glasses
  • A cocktail shaker
  • Ice cubes
  • A small plate for salt
  • A spoon for measuring
  • Optional: a tiny brush or your finger for running liquid around the rim

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz RumChata or another creamy cinnamon liqueur
  • 1 oz butterscotch schnapps
  • 1 oz vanilla vodka or whipped vodka for a creamier finish
  • Coarse sea salt for rimming
  • Caramel sauce for rimming and drizzling if you’re feeling fancy
  • Crushed peanuts optional, but highly recommended for those candy bar vibes
  • Ice

Instructions
 

Prepare the glass rim.

  • Drizzle a little caramel on a plate and dip the rim of your shot glasses into it. Then press into coarse salt or crushed peanuts — or a mix of both. Trust me, it’s worth it.

Fill your shaker.

  • Add ice to your cocktail shaker.

Pour in the liquids.

  • Add RumChata, butterscotch schnapps, and vanilla vodka.

Shake it well.

  • Shake for 10–15 seconds until cold and creamy.

Pour and serve.

  • Strain into your prepared glasses. Add a tiny caramel drizzle on top if you want that restaurant-level finish.
