Equipment

  • Milk frother (handheld works great)
  • Blender or immersion blender (optional)
  • Tall jar or glass
  • Measuring cups
  • Spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup cold nonfat milk
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons vanilla syrup or simple syrup
  • That is it. Simple clean, and effective.

For sweet cream cold foam, you will need:

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons vanilla syrup

Instructions
 

Step 1: Chill Everything

  • Cold milk foams better. Make sure your milk is straight from the fridge.

Step 2: Froth

  • Pour milk into a jar or tall glass. Add vanilla syrup. Use a frother and blend until thick, creamy, and slightly foamy. This takes about 15 to 20 seconds.

Step 3: Pour

  • Gently spoon or pour the foam over your iced coffee or cold brew.
  • That is it. No heating. No stress.
