For the Korean BBQ Sauce:
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon gochujang Korean chili paste
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water slurry
