  • Tall glasses for serving
  • Straws or smoothie spoons (this one is sharp and healthy)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup lime sherbet
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 1/2 cup nectar or peach juice Optional
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Optional Garnishes:
  • Fresh strawberry slices
  • Peach wedges
  • Mint sprig

Instructions
 

  • 1. Ready your blender: Fill the bottom with lemonade (this assists in the mixing of all ingredients).
  • 2. Add fruit: Add the frozen peaches and strawberries.
  • 3. Sherbet time: Scoop the lime sherbet.
  • 4. Blend it up: Begin with a slow speed and turn up the speed until smooth and creamy. Depending on the thinness or thickness, add ice or add lemonade, respectively.
  • 5. Serve: Fill into high glasses and use fresh fruit as a garnish, and serve with a straw or a spoon.
