- 1 unbaked pie crust store-bought or homemade
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup caramel bits
- 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: pinch of salt
- Optional: extra pecans or chocolate for topping
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175 °C).
Place the unbaked pie crust into your pie dish. Crimp the edges if you like.
In a bowl, combine coconut, chocolate chips, white chocolate, pecans, crushed graham crackers, and caramel bits.
Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla, then mix until everything is coated evenly.
Transfer the mixture into the pie crust and smooth the top.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown on top and set in the middle.
Let the pie cool for at least 2 hours so it firms up.
