Ingredients
  

  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 20 mini mozzarella balls bocconcini
  • 20 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  • Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Pat them dry. Drain the mozzarella balls if stored in liquid.

Step 2: Assemble the Skewers

  • Take a skewer or toothpick and thread one cherry tomato, one basil leaf (folded if large), and one mozzarella ball.
  • Repeat until all skewers are assembled.

Step 3: Arrange on Platter

  • Place the skewers neatly on a serving plate.

Step 4: Add Dressing

  • Drizzle olive oil over the skewers. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
