For the Meatballs (if making homemade)
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- OR:
- Use 32 oz about 50–60 pieces frozen cooked meatballs for convenience.
For the Beefy Onion Sauce
- 1 packet beefy onion soup mix
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Prepare Homemade Meatballs (Optional)

Roll into 1-inch meatballs.
