Ingredients
  

For the Crust and Crumble

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Berry Filling

  • 3 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and salt.
  • Pour in melted butter and vanilla, stirring until crumbly but moist.
  • Press about two-thirds of the mixture firmly into the pan.
  • Toss berries with sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and vanilla.
  • Spread berry mixture evenly over the crust.
  • Sprinkle remaining crumble mixture on top.
  • Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Cool completely before slicing.
