For the Crust and Crumble
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Berry Filling
- 3 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350 F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and salt.
Pour in melted butter and vanilla, stirring until crumbly but moist.
