Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • teaspoons active dry yeast 1 packet
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • cups warm water about 110°F
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Pizza Sauce

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Cheese Topping

  • 2 cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Optional Toppings

  • Pepperoni slices
  • Cooked sausage
  • Mushrooms
  • Black olives

Instructions
 

Step 1: Make the Dough

  • In a large bowl, mix warm water and sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top and let it sit for 5–7 minutes until foamy.
  • Add oil and salt. Slowly mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
  • Knead for about 8 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Step 2: Prepare the Sauce

  • In a small saucepan, combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and salt.
  • Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  • This mild sauce is key to the Chuck E Cheese flavor.

Step 3: Shape the Pizza

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Punch down the dough and roll it out into a round shape. Place on a lightly greased pizza pan.
  • Press the edges slightly thicker to create that soft crust rim.

Step 4: Assemble

  • Spread a thin layer of sauce evenly over the dough.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheese evenly on top.
