  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon hot sauce or chipotle powder

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.

Step 2: Add the Flavor

  • Stir in vinegar or lime juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, sugar, and salt.

Step 3: Taste and Adjust

  • This is important. Taste the sauce. Want more heat? Add cayenne or hot sauce. Want it tangier? A splash more vinegar. Make it yours.
