For the Cocktail
- 1 cup pineapple juice cold, preferably 100% juice
- ½ cup coconut rum
- ½ cup orange juice fresh squeezed if you can
- 1 tablespoon dark rum optional, for depth
- 2 cups ice more if you like it thicker
Optional Garnishes
- Fresh pineapple wedges
- Orange slices
- Maraschino cherries
- Toasted coconut flakes
Add pineapple juice, coconut rum, orange juice, and dark rum (if using) to your blender.
