Ingredients
  

For the Cocktail

  • 1 cup pineapple juice cold, preferably 100% juice
  • ½ cup coconut rum
  • ½ cup orange juice fresh squeezed if you can
  • 1 tablespoon dark rum optional, for depth
  • 2 cups ice more if you like it thicker

Optional Garnishes

  • Fresh pineapple wedges
  • Orange slices
  • Maraschino cherries
  • Toasted coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Add pineapple juice, coconut rum, orange juice, and dark rum (if using) to your blender.
  • Toss in the ice.
  • Blend on high until smooth and slushy.
  • Taste. Adjust sweetness or strength if needed.
  • Pour into tall glasses.
  • Garnish like you mean it.
