Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup Irish cream liqueur
  • ½ cup milk or light cream
  • ¼ cup mint liqueur crème de menthe
  • ¼ cup vanilla vodka or Irish whiskey
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup optional, for extra sweetness
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings or green sprinkles for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Step 1: Add Everything to the Blender

  • Add the ice, Irish cream, milk or cream, mint liqueur, vanilla vodka (or whiskey), and simple syrup if using.

Step 2: Blend Until Smooth

  • Blend on high for about 20–30 seconds, until the drink is creamy and smooth with no big ice chunks.

Step 3: Taste and Adjust

  • This is important. Take a small sip.
  • Too strong? Add a splash of milk.
  • Too sweet? Add more ice.
  • Not minty enough? A tiny splash more mint liqueur.

Step 4: Serve

  • Pour into chilled glasses. Top with whipped cream if you like. Finish with chocolate shavings or festive sprinkles.
  • Serve immediately while it’s cold and creamy.
